Cultivar delle Volte
Cantina Bignotti has designed three walks through its vineyards and olive groves, giving you the opportunity to see where the production process begins and immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the beauty of the area.
The three routes, with different travel times and difficulties, all end with a tasting of I Cultivar delle Volte products.
From Erbanno, Enrico Togni in 2003 decided to recover the vineyards left to him by his grandfather (installations from the ’60s), a strong and countercurrent gesture for a then twenty-five-year-old and for a valley increasingly characterized by an industrial DNA tout court (small medium and large industries in the steel industry).
It took him 15 years to understand, experiment, develop his own sensitivity and decide how best to interpret the varieties in the vineyard: Merlot, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Marzemino and the very territorial Erbanno, which over time became the most suited and resistant to the climate.
